Industrial companies face unprecedented pressure in their supply chains. Decisions related to raw materials must be navigated with an eye on supply security, sustainability risks and opportunities, and access to critical production inputs. Aligning these drivers is essential to uncover hidden synergies, manage trade-offs, and ensure long-term industrial resilience.

This workshop is a part of the ReSus Guidance project, a project by Combient, RISE Research Institutes of Sweden and Chalmers University of Technology. The project's aim is to define a guidance that helps companies jointly assess resilience and sustainability in decision-making related to critical raw material supply chains. This work is carried out within the Impact Innovation program Net Zero Industry, an initiative of the Swedish Energy Agency, Formas and Vinnova.

This public workshop gives you the chance to benchmark existing decision-making structures and collaborative foresight capabilities with industry peers, and participate in hands-on testing of the guidance to ensure it reflects the needs of industry.
